Viewing Room Policies
The parent viewing area is open. Please respect the posted rules.
Our viewing area is small and it is located above our office and the music studio. Please keep noise to a minimum, no running or jumping, as it is very loud for everyone below.
Please do not stand/lean over the railing as it blocks the view for other parents who are seated.
NO PHOTOGRAPHY IS PERMITTED FROM THIS AREA – There are other children in the gym who you do not have permission to photograph. Parent viewing week is the last week of the session where you will be given opportunity to take photographs and videos of your child. If you disregard this rule, you may be asked to leave the gym until class is over.
Children must be supervised at all times in the viewing area. There are some toys provided to help keep young children entertained during your viewing time.
Please refrain from speaking with your child during class. It is disruptive to the coaches and other students and an become a safety issue when children are not paying attention to their surroundings or coaches instructions. This also takes time away from the entire class while it is addressed.
We are working on having a CCTV system installed to provide viewing of the back area of the gym: the bars and beam. Making adjustments to the TV is prohibited. If any issues arise, please speak with the representative in the office regarding your concerns.
Please do not stand on/block the staircase as it is an emergency exit. There are also music clients coming in and out that need to access the stairwell.
Children will be sent out to the lobby after class for pick up, please do not call them upstairs.
No throwing objects is permitted in this area. It could go over the railing into a class and hit someone or scare a student in the middle of a skill and potentially cause injury.
Parents and siblings are not permitted on the gym floor. If something needs to be retrieved, please notify the office staff or flag down a coach/coach in training for assistance.
